Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping costs are generally not included in the initial artwork price. These are calculated separately based on your location and the size/weight of the piece. We will provide a detailed shipping quote before finalising your order.
Do you do portraits?
As my primary focus is on nature-inspired and abstract 3D art, I don´t accept portrait commissions, as I feel there are better prepared artists out there that can do that for you. Please contact me with your specific request to discuss possibilities.
How do I hang my painting?

Do you sell your art in printed form or digital/NFT?
Currently, Tres-Mimi focuses on selling original, handcrafted art pieces. We do not offer prints, digital art, or NFTs at this time, ensuring the uniqueness and exclusivity of each artwork.
Do you have a return policy?
Yes, we have a return policy for very specific circumstances. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your artwork to discuss options. Custom commissioned pieces are generally non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival.
Do you have a refund policy?
Refunds are issued based on our return policy. Approved returns will be processed, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days (depending on geographical area) business days for the refund to appear in your account.
What if my painting arrives broken?
We take utmost care in packaging our artworks, but in the rare event that your painting arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48h hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Also if the package looks tempered or damaged in the slightest please ask your delivery person to record this and take photographic evidence. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
